Resources for Churches
We have created a variety of resources for churches to use. They are all free to use, although you will need to sign up to access them. If you would like to support our work, you can make a donation.
The resources include four sets of notes and activities that could be used in a sermon, church service or small group setting. Although they cover four themes – Addiction, Choices, Freedom and Fun – the contents are interchangeable. There is also a section on how to write a church drug policy, so you can plan your procedures and protocols should there be a drug-related incident in the building or at a group run by the church. There is also a section of activities for your youth work team to use.
You can also book a Hope UK speaker if you feel that would be easier – or maybe your church workers might like some training? We can either run a bespoke training course for you, or you can book our accredited course for family workers – Drug Prevention for Family Workers. (We can do training via an app like Zoom, if you would find that helpful.)
